Cinnamon Sugar Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ⅓ cup (75g) unsalted butter, softened
02 - ¼ cup (61g) milk
03 - 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 6 ripe bananas, roughly mashed
06 - 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
07 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
08 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
09 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon
10 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt

→ Topping

11 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
12 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 9-inch loaf pan.
02 - Combine butter, milk, and sugar in large bowl. Add eggs and mashed bananas.
03 - Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in separate bowl.
04 - Fold dry mixture into wet ingredients until just combined.
05 - Pour into pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on top. Bake 1 hour until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
