Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

Separate refrigerated biscuits and cut each into quarters.

Air fry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through. Or bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Dip each biscuit piece in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Can use ziplock bag to coat all pieces at once.

Enjoy warm as is or with ice cream, whipped cream, or drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce.
