Cold Brew Tutorial (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup whole coffee beans (113g).
02 - 4 cups water (907g).

# Instructions:

01 - Grind coffee beans on coarsest setting to cornmeal texture.
02 - Place grounds in container and add water.
03 - Stir gently to saturate all grounds.
04 - Cover and steep 12 hours at room temp or refrigerated.
05 - Line strainer with cheesecloth.
06 - Strain coffee through lined strainer.
07 - Transfer to storage container.
08 - Dilute to taste with water or milk when serving.
09 - Serve over ice or warm briefly to serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Can use French press.
02 - Adjustable strength.
03 - Keeps 1 week.
04 - Less acidic than hot brew.
