Cool Whip Candy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packages (11 oz each) milk chocolate morsels.
02 - 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed.
03 - 24 oz Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 1 minute. Stir and heat 30 more seconds.
02 - Let melted chocolate cool to room temperature (about 20 minutes).
03 - Line 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
04 - Gently fold cooled chocolate and Cool Whip together until mixed.
05 - Pour mixture into lined pan.
06 - Freeze for 30 minutes.
07 - Cut into 36 squares.
08 - Put squares on parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze 30 more minutes.
09 - Melt chocolate wafers following package directions.
10 - Dip frozen squares in melted chocolate. Let chocolate set on parchment paper.
11 - Keep in freezer until serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can make round truffles instead of squares.
02 - Use good quality chocolate like Ghirardelli.
03 - Tastes like Three Musketeers bars.
04 - Best served cold.
05 - Keeps in freezer up to 30 days.
06 - Little chocolate bits are normal when mixing.
