Melt butter in a skillet; add the onions and celery and saute until tender.

In a large bowl, combine the toasted bread and cornbread, mixing thoroughly.

Add the sauteed onions and celery along with their cooking liquid, salt, pepper, sage, and poultry seasoning. Mix well.

Using a bulb baster, add just enough turkey broth to create a very moist mixture. Stir in the beaten eggs.

Scrape the mixture into a large greased baking pan or dish. Bake in a 400°F oven until the top is nicely browned, approximately 30-40 minutes.
