Corned Beef Hash (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2-3 tablespoons unsalted butter.
02 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped.
03 - 2-3 cups cooked corned beef, chopped.
04 - 2-3 cups cooked potatoes, chopped.
05 - Fresh parsley, chopped.
06 - Salt and black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté onion in butter until translucent.
02 - Add corned beef and potatoes, spread evenly.
03 - Press down, cook until browned on bottom.
04 - Flip sections to brown other side.
05 - Add butter if needed to prevent sticking.
06 - Stir in parsley, season with salt and pepper.
07 - Serve hot with eggs.

01 - Let brown undisturbed.
02 - Cast iron skillet works best.
03 - Can add leftover cabbage.
04 - Serve with eggs.
