# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - ½ cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 tsp baking powder
04 - ¼ tsp salt
05 - ½ cup milk
06 - 1 large egg
07 - ¼ cup butter, melted
08 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
09 - ½ tsp cotton candy flavoring
10 - A few drops of pink food coloring
11 - A few drops of blue food coloring

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cotton candy flavoring.
04 - Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Avoid overmixing.
05 - Divide the batter evenly into two bowls. Tint one batch with pink food coloring and the other with blue food coloring. Stir until the colors are evenly distributed.
06 - Spoon a little of each colored batter into the mini muffin cups, layering pink and blue. Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl the colors.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the bites cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
08 - Top your cooled bites with whipped frosting and sprinkle with cotton candy pieces just before serving for extra magic.
