Cowboy Butter Lobster Tails (Print)

Tender lobster tails grilled and basted with a spicy, herb-infused cowboy butter that creates an irresistible flavor combination.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Lobster

01 - 4 lobster tails, split lengthwise

→ Cowboy Butter Sauce

02 - 120g unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - Fresh lemon juice to taste
05 - Worcestershire sauce to taste
06 - Dijon mustard to taste
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
11 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

→ For Serving

12 - Lemon wedges

# Directions:

01 - Heat grill to medium-high heat until thoroughly hot.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, chopped parsley, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Stir until thoroughly incorporated.
03 - Brush split lobster tails generously with the prepared sauce, reserving some for final serving.
04 - Place lobster tails flesh-side down on the preheated grill and cook for 5-6 minutes.
05 - Turn lobster tails over and continue grilling for another 3-4 minutes until meat becomes opaque and is completely cooked through.
06 - Remove lobster tails from grill, drizzle with remaining cowboy butter sauce, and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.

# Notes:

01 - The lobster meat should reach an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F) when fully cooked.
