Chop shrimp into small, bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, mix chopped shrimp with softened cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and carefully hollow out the center, leaving enough of a shell to hold the filling.

Spoon the shrimp mixture evenly into each bread half, gently packing it down.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush the outside of the bread with melted butter. Wrap each bread half in foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove foil from the bread and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
