Crack Chicken Tenders (Print)

01 - 450g chicken tenders
02 - 120ml mayonnaise
03 - 120g grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
03 - Dip each chicken tender in the mayo mixture, then coat thoroughly with crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently to ensure the coating adheres.
04 - Arrange coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
