Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large round sourdough bread
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted
03 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
04 - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
05 - 16 oz wheel of brie, chopped or cubed
06 - 1 1/2 cups whole berry cranberry sauce
07 - Kosher salt, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Slice bread horizontally and vertically to create 1-inch cubes, but do not cut all the way through.
03 - In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Season with kosher salt and stir to combine.
04 - Place the bread on a baking sheet and brush with the butter mixture, ensuring the butter is spread inside all slices.
05 - Stuff each space between the bread slices with chopped brie and cranberry sauce.
06 - Wrap the bread in foil and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
07 - Unwrap the bread and serve hot. Enjoy!

01 - Make sure not to slice the bread all the way through to maintain its structure.
