Cranberry Orange Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 24 oz white chocolate chips.
02 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk.
03 - 1 cup dried cranberries.
04 - Zest of 2 oranges.
05 - 1 teaspoon orange extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Grease 8x8 pan and line with parchment in + shape.
02 - Use double boiler to melt white chocolate and condensed milk together.
03 - Stir in most cranberries, orange zest, and extract. Save some for topping.
04 - Spread in pan and smooth top. Sprinkle with reserved cranberries and zest.
05 - Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
06 - Lift out with parchment and cut into squares.

# Notes:

01 - Store in fridge.
02 - Use gentle heat.
03 - Only use dried cranberries.
