Use double boiler to melt white chocolate and condensed milk together.

Stir in most cranberries, orange zest, and extract. Save some for topping.

Spread in pan and smooth top. Sprinkle with reserved cranberries and zest.

Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Lift out with parchment and cut into squares.
