Cranberry Orange Pork Tenderloin (Print)

Tender pork with cranberry and orange flavors, baked to perfection.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 pounds pork tenderloin
02 - 1 cup fresh cranberries
03 - 1/2 cup orange juice
04 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - Zest of 1 orange

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a bowl, mix together the cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and orange zest.
03 - Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the cranberry mixture over it.
04 - Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
05 - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
06 - Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with the cranberry sauce.
