Cream Cheese Bacon Doritos (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
07 - ½ teaspoon paprika
08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Breading

09 - 1 egg, beaten
10 - 1 cup flour
11 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
12 - Oil for frying

# Directions:

01 - In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
02 - Carefully take two similar-sized Doritos and spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture between them. Gently press to seal.
03 - Dip each stuffed Dorito into flour, then into beaten egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
04 - Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry each stuffed Dorito for about 30-45 seconds per side, until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
05 - Serve warm with ranch, salsa, or your favorite dipping sauce.
