02 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - Black pepper, to taste
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - 2 lbs chicken wings

→ Alfredo Sauce

07 - Fresh chopped parsley, for topping
08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 1 cup heavy cream
12 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped
13 - 2 tablespoons butter

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Add olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to coat the wings evenly.
02 - Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even crispness and golden color.
03 - In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until aromatic. Gradually add the heavy cream while stirring continuously. Stir in the Parmesan cheese incrementally until the sauce is smooth and thick. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Transfer the baked wings to a clean large bowl. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the wings and toss until all pieces are well coated.
05 - Garnish the wings with freshly chopped parsley and additional Parmesan, if desired. Serve immediately while warm.
