In a large pot over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add chopped onion and cook until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Reduce heat and stir in the milk, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the cream cheese melts completely.

Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce to fully coat it, then transfer to a baking dish.

Top the pasta with grated mozzarella cheese, grated cheddar cheese, and cooked, crumbled bacon.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes. Broil for the last 5 minutes while monitoring closely to avoid burning.
