01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

06 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 pound uncooked spaghetti
10 - 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
11 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
12 - ¾ cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
13 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F.
02 - Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions. Rinse and drain under cold water.
03 - In a large pot over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add chopped onion and cook until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Reduce heat and stir in the milk, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the cream cheese melts completely.
05 - Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce to fully coat it, then transfer to a baking dish.
06 - Top the pasta with grated mozzarella cheese, grated cheddar cheese, and cooked, crumbled bacon.
07 - Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes. Broil for the last 5 minutes while monitoring closely to avoid burning.
08 - Remove the pasta from the oven and serve warm. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top as desired.
