Creamy Beef Bowtie Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces bowtie pasta.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 pound ground beef.
04 - 1 small onion, diced.
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes.
07 - 2 cups beef broth.
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
12 - 1 cup heavy cream.
13 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese.
14 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook bowtie pasta according to package until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Brown beef and onions in oil 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes more.
03 - Stir in tomatoes, broth and seasonings. Simmer 5-7 minutes.
04 - Reduce heat, add cream and cheese. Stir until smooth.
05 - Add pasta to sauce and toss to coat. Garnish with parsley.

01 - Can add vegetables like broccoli or peas.
02 - Keeps 3 days in refrigerator.
03 - Can make spicy with pepper flakes.
