# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Base

01 - 2 tbsp butter
02 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
03 - 1 cup milk (240 ml)

→ Cheese and Seasoning

04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (120 g)
05 - ½ tsp salt
06 - ½ tsp paprika
07 - ¼ tsp garlic powder
08 - ¼ tsp black pepper

# Directions:

01 - In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
02 - Add flour and whisk for about 1 minute until a smooth paste forms.
03 - Slowly pour in the milk while whisking continuously so no lumps form.
04 - Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.
05 - Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until completely melted.
06 - Mix in salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
07 - Cook another 1 minute until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
08 - Pour hot over fries, nachos, burgers, or sandwiches.
