In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, coconut milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Line a baking dish or square mold with parchment paper for easy removal. Transfer the mixture into the dish and spread it evenly, pressing down gently.

Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the bars to set.

Once the bars are firm, remove them from the dish by lifting the edges of the parchment paper. Cut into desired bar sizes.
