Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - ½ cup heavy cream
05 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
07 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or parsley
11 - Paprika, for light seasoning

01 - Use kitchen scissors to cut down the top of the shell. Gently lift the meat over the shell while keeping it attached at the base. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika.
02 - Preheat your oven's broiler. Place lobster tails on a baking tray. Broil for 5–6 minutes or until the meat turns opaque and slightly golden.
03 - In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Simmer until slightly thickened.
04 - Spoon the creamy garlic sauce generously over the broiled lobster tails.
05 - Sprinkle with fresh chives or parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges or over mashed potatoes.
