One-Pan Chicken & Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless.
02 - 1 cup long-grain white rice.
03 - 2 cups chicken broth.
04 - 1 cup heavy cream.
05 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
06 - 1 small onion, chopped.
07 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Season and brown chicken in oil, remove.
02 - Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
03 - Toast rice 2-3 minutes.
04 - Add broth and cream, bring to simmer.
05 - Return chicken, cover, cook 20-25 minutes.
06 - Stir in Parmesan until melted.
07 - Garnish with parsley.

02 - Stir rice occasionally.
03 - Check chicken temp reaches 165°F.
