Creamy Ranch Chicken Gravy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Gravy

06 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
09 - 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
10 - 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
11 - ½ cup sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Season chicken pieces evenly.
02 - Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
03 - In same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth and simmer. Return chicken, cover, and cook 15 minutes.
05 - Stir in sour cream until smooth. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
