Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Season chicken pieces evenly.

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.

Add cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth and simmer. Return chicken, cover, and cook 15 minutes.

Stir in sour cream until smooth. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
