Creamy Tuscan Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
02 - 3/4 cup sour cream.
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella.
04 - 1 cup grated Parmesan.
05 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped.
10 - 6 oz spinach, thawed and drained.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth with hand mixer.
03 - Mix in garlic, seasonings, mozzarella and Parmesan.
04 - Fold in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.
05 - Spread in dish, bake 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
06 - Serve warm with bread or crackers.

01 - Can make ahead and bake later.
02 - Drain spinach well to prevent wateriness.
03 - Best served hot.
