Heat oil in large pot over medium-high heat.

Add grated zucchini, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Cook until jammy, 10-12 minutes.

Remove zucchini and set aside.

Add water to pot and bring to boil. Add remaining salt.

Add pasta and cream cheese. Cook until al dente, 11-13 minutes.

Return zucchini, add lemon zest and juice. Cook 2 minutes more.

Add water if needed for glossy sauce. Season to taste.
