# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed.
02 - 1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil.
03 - 2 teaspoons fresh minced thyme.
04 - 1 teaspoon za'atar seasoning.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne.
10 - 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence.
11 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest.
12 - 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese.
13 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat air fryer to 390°F for 10 minutes.
02 - Drain, rinse and thoroughly dry chickpeas, removing any loose skins.
03 - Mix oil with chosen seasoning blend, then coat chickpeas evenly.
04 - Cook 8-10 minutes until crispy, adding 1-3 minutes if needed.
05 - Taste and adjust seasonings, serve immediately while crispy.
