01 - 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
02 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon dried herbs (e.g., oregano or Italian seasoning)
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Pepper, to taste

08 - Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
03 - Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon or small ice cream scoop. Place each mound about 5 cm apart, then flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden and crispy.
05 - Remove from the oven and allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
