Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.

Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon or small ice cream scoop. Place each mound about 5 cm apart, then flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
