In a medium bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, egg, and milk until smooth. The batter should be thick enough to coat the marshmallows without excessive dripping.

Dip each marshmallow into the batter, ensuring it is evenly coated all around. Gently shake off any excess batter.

Carefully lower the coated marshmallows into the hot oil. Fry for 30-60 seconds, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Remove the fried marshmallows with a slotted spoon and transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve immediately, garnished with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles if desired.
