Crispy Halloumi with Honey (Print)

Golden, crispy halloumi cheese cooked to perfection in an air fryer and finished with a sweet honey drizzle.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (8 oz) block halloumi cheese
02 - Olive oil spray or 1 teaspoon olive oil
03 - Honey for drizzling (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
02 - Cut the halloumi block into ½-inch thick slices. Lightly coat both sides of each slice with olive oil, either by brushing or spraying.
03 - Place the halloumi slices in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket, ensuring they don't overlap.
04 - Air fry at 380°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through with tongs for even browning. The cheese should be golden and crispy. For extra crispiness, extend cooking time by 1-2 minutes.
05 - Transfer immediately to serving plates. Drizzle with honey if desired for a sweet contrast to the salty cheese.
