Crispy Hot Honey Feta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken and Coating

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds)
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Hot Honey Sauce

09 - 1/2 cup honey
10 - 1-2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to preference)
11 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

→ Serving and Garnishes

12 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
13 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika; another with whisked eggs; and the third with panko breadcrumbs.
02 - Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip it into the eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing firmly so they adhere. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a rack.
03 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
04 - In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over medium heat until warm and combined. Adjust spiciness by adding more hot sauce as needed.
05 - Drizzle the warm hot honey sauce over the baked chicken and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, allowing it to slightly melt.
06 - Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately. Pair with roasted vegetables, rice, or a salad.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust the hot sauce quantity to customize the spice level.
02 - For extra crispiness, preheat your baking sheet before adding the chicken.
