Crispy Shrimp Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
03 - 1 beaten egg
04 - ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
05 - 2 cloves minced garlic
06 - 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
07 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
09 - ½ teaspoon salt
10 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Optional Ingredients

11 - ¼ cup chopped cilantro
12 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch for binding

→ For Cooking

13 - Vegetable oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Roughly chop raw shrimp into small pieces, or pulse briefly in food processor for finer texture.
02 - Combine chopped shrimp with breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Add cornstarch if needed for binding.
03 - With slightly wet hands, roll mixture into 1-1.5 inch balls (about 20-25 total).
04 - Heat oil in large pan over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp balls in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
