Crockpot Christmas Candy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 jar (16 ounces) salted peanuts.
02 - 1 jar (16 ounces) unsalted peanuts.
03 - 2 bags (12 ounces each) white chocolate chips.
04 - 2 packages (24 ounces each) white almond bark.
05 - 48 mini candy canes, or 12 large, crushed (about 1 cup), divided.

# Instructions:

01 - To the bowl of a crockpot, add salted peanuts, unsalted peanuts, white chocolate chips, almond bark, and ¾ cup crushed candy canes. (Reserve the rest for topping.).
02 - Place the lid on the crockpot and set it to low heat.
03 - After the ingredients have started to melt, stir once. Continue cooking on low for 1-2 hours, or until everything melts.
04 - Remove lid. Stir ingredients well.
05 - Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, dollop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle reserved crushed candy canes over the top.
06 - Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until fully set.

01 - Uses combination of salted and unsalted peanuts for balanced flavor.
02 - Must be refrigerated to set properly.
