Dr Pepper Country Ribs (Print)

Slow-cooked, fall-apart tender ribs with Dr Pepper and BBQ.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pounds country-style beef ribs
02 - 1 ½ cups BBQ sauce
03 - 6 ounces Dr Pepper
04 - 1 tablespoon chile powder (adjust to taste; New Mexico chile powder recommended)
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Place the country-style beef ribs in the crockpot.
03 - Rub ribs with salt, pepper, and chile powder evenly.
04 - Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs.
05 - Add the Dr Pepper.
06 - Cover and set crockpot to low for 8 hours.
07 - Serve hot and enjoy fall-apart tender ribs!
