Garlic Butter Potatoes Dish (Print)

Tender potatoes and savory sausage paired with green beans in garlic butter, cooked in a crockpot.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 smoked sausage links, sliced
02 - 2 onions, sliced
03 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic
04 - 3 pounds yellow baby potatoes
05 - 1 stick Kerrygold garlic herb butter
06 - 1 pound fresh green beans
07 - MrsDash garlic and herb seasoning, to taste
08 - 2 tablespoons Kerrygold garlic herb butter

# Directions:

01 - Heat a pan with a couple tablespoons of oil. Sauté 2 sliced smoked sausage links and 2 sliced onions until golden. Add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. (This step can be skipped if desired.)
02 - Add 3 pounds of yellow baby potatoes to your crockpot. Pour in the sausage and onion mixture. Season with MrsDash garlic and herb seasoning.
03 - Top with a stick of Kerrygold garlic herb butter. Cook on high for 3 hours.
04 - Add 1 pound of fresh green beans. Top with another couple tablespoons of Kerrygold garlic herb butter. Cook on high for an additional hour.
05 - Serve your dish and enjoy!
