Crockpot Steak Bites Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes
02 - ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
03 - ¼ cup beef broth
04 - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 tsp onion powder
07 - ½ tsp smoked paprika
08 - ¼ tsp black pepper
09 - 2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
10 - Fresh parsley, optional for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the sirloin steak into evenly sized cubes and set aside. Mince the garlic and prepare the butter by cutting it into small pieces.
02 - In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
03 - Place the steak cubes into the crockpot. Pour the sauce mixture over the steak, then evenly distribute the minced garlic and small pieces of butter on top.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the steak is tender and flavorful.
05 - Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, or enjoy as is.

# Notes:

01 - For the most tender steak bites, consider cooking on low for the full duration.
