# Ingredients:

→ Spread Base

01 - 225g cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
03 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

→ Herbs and Seasonings

04 - 1 tablespoon chives or green onions, finely chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
07 - Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

→ Sandwich Components

08 - 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
09 - 8 slices white bread, crusts removed

# Directions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped chives, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and thoroughly blended.
02 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each slice of bread. Layer cucumber slices onto four of the bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.
03 - Cut each sandwich diagonally to create two triangular halves. Serve immediately to maintain freshness and crispness.
