Dill Pickle Cheese Ball (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cream cheese
02 - Sour cream
03 - Garlic powder
04 - Lemon juice
05 - Salt
06 - Black pepper
07 - Shredded cheddar cheese
08 - Dill pickles
09 - Fresh dill

# Instructions:

01 - Using a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix for 1-2 minutes until smooth and fluffy. Add shredded cheddar, chopped pickles, and fresh dill to the mixture. Stir until well-combined.
02 - Lay two long strips of plastic wrap in an ‘X’ shape on a flat surface. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the center. Fold the edges of the plastic wrap over the mixture and twist the top to form a ball shape. Tighten the wrapping and transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.
03 - Spread shredded or chopped cheddar cheese, fresh dill, and lemon zest in an even layer on a flat surface. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it onto the toppings to coat evenly. Gently press the toppings into any gaps. Transfer the cheese ball to a serving platter and serve with crackers.

# Notes:

01 - Chilling the cheese ball for at least 2 hours ensures that it holds its shape when served.
