Spread the crushed Doritos (except for the reserved 1½ cups) evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine the sour cream with both undiluted soups until smooth and well incorporated.

In a large bowl, mix together the salsa, drained corn, shredded chicken, and 3 cups of shredded cheese. Add the creamy soup mixture and stir until evenly combined.

Spread the chicken and cheese mixture evenly over the Doritos base in the baking dish.

Sprinkle the reserved 1½ cups of crushed Doritos over the top, then evenly distribute the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
