02 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
03 - 75 g cooked bacon, crumbled
04 - 110 g shredded mozzarella cheese

06 - 120 g all purpose flour
07 - 2 large eggs, beaten
08 - 15 ml milk

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Use a sharp knife to slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, taking care not to cut through completely.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and shredded mozzarella. Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to preference.
03 - Generously spoon the cheese mixture into each chicken pocket, distributing evenly. Secure the open edges with toothpicks to keep the filling enclosed.
04 - Arrange three shallow bowls: Place the crushed Doritos in the first, flour in the second, and whisked eggs with milk in the third.
05 - Dredge each stuffed chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Dip entirely into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with crushed Doritos, pressing to adhere.
06 - In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Sear breaded chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
07 - Transfer skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked through and the filling is bubbling.
08 - Remove toothpicks and let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving hot.
