Crispy Dry Rub Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds chicken wings.
02 - ½ cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
05 - 1 teaspoon chili powder.
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - ½ teaspoon onion powder.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - Olive oil spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Pat wings dry and place in bowl.
02 - Mix flour with spices, coat wings completely.
03 - Place on lined baking sheet, spray with oil.
04 - Bake 20 minutes, flip and spray, bake 10 more minutes until crispy (165°F).

# Notes:

01 - Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes total.
02 - Pat wings dry for crispiness.
03 - Adjust spices to taste.
