# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large eggs
02 - 0.5 cup milk
03 - 0.5 cup sifted all-purpose flour
04 - 1 pinch ground nutmeg
05 - 1 pinch salt
06 - 2 tablespoons butter
07 - 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar for dusting

# Instructions:

01 - Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet into the oven and preheat to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).
02 - Whisk eggs in a medium bowl until light. Then whisk in milk and gradually whisk in flour, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
03 - Remove the skillet from the oven and reduce the heat to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Add butter to the hot skillet and swirl it to coat the bottom and sides.
04 - Pour the prepared batter into the hot skillet and return to the oven. Bake until puffed and lightly browned, about 12 minutes.
05 - Remove the skillet from the oven and immediately sift confectioners' sugar over the top before serving.
