Easiest Burrito Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb lean ground beef
02 - 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning mix
03 - 1 ½ cups refried beans (or black beans)
04 - 3/4 cup corn kernels
05 - 3 cups cooked rice
06 - 6 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
07 - 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

→ Optional Garnishes

08 - Finely diced red onion
09 - Shredded lettuce
10 - Diced tomato or salsa
11 - Sour cream
12 - Fresh cilantro
13 - Avocado or guacamole

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Cook ground beef with taco seasoning according to package instructions.
03 - For each burrito: layer 1/4 cup beans, 1/2 cup rice, seasoned beef, 2 tablespoons corn, and 1/4 cup cheese down center of tortilla.
04 - Fold sides in and roll up each burrito. Place seam-side down in baking dish.
05 - Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes until heated through (30-35 minutes if cold from refrigerator).

02 - Frozen burritos take 45-55 minutes to bake
03 - Using microwaveable rice saves time
