Easy Beef Bowtie Pasta (Print Version)

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil
04 - 1 small onion, diced
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 cup beef broth
07 - 1 cup heavy cream
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 tsp paprika
11 - Salt & pepper, to taste
12 - Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Boil bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Pour in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
04 - Add cooked pasta to the beef and sauce. Stir until the pasta is coated in the creamy mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy!

01 - For a lighter version, use lean ground beef or ground turkey
