Preheat oven to 400°F.

In 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat, combine shredded chicken with hot sauce. Cook 5 minutes.

Add cream cheese and ranch dressing. Stir until cream cheese is incorporated and mixture is heated through.

Remove from heat. Mix in half the shredded cheeses until combined. Top with remaining cheese.

Transfer skillet to oven and bake 15-20 minutes until mixture bubbles around edges.

Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.
