Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups shredded chicken (chicken breast), cooked
02 - 1 cup Frank's RedHot Original hot sauce
03 - 1½ blocks cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened
04 - ¾ cup ranch dressing
05 - 1¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1¼ cup colby monterey jack cheese blend

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - In 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat, combine shredded chicken with hot sauce. Cook 5 minutes.
03 - Add cream cheese and ranch dressing. Stir until cream cheese is incorporated and mixture is heated through.
04 - Remove from heat. Mix in half the shredded cheeses until combined. Top with remaining cheese.
05 - Transfer skillet to oven and bake 15-20 minutes until mixture bubbles around edges.
06 - Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.

01 - Can also be made in slow cooker, Instant Pot, or air fryer
02 - Room temperature cream cheese incorporates easier
03 - Can substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch
