Easy Easter Chocolate Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 12 oz bag chocolate chips, milk or semi-sweet
02 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

→ Add-ins

03 - 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
04 - 1 1/3 cups mini candy-coated chocolate eggs, approximately 10 oz bag

→ Optional

05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips and pour the sweetened condensed milk over them. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes until the chocolate begins to melt. Stir the mixture until smooth.
02 - If desired, mix in the vanilla extract. Then, gently fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed. Avoid overmixing to prevent marshmallows from dissolving.
03 - Line an 8x8-inch pan with waxed or parchment paper. Spread half the mini candy-coated chocolate eggs across the bottom of the pan. Pour the fudge mixture over the top and smooth it out evenly. Add the remaining candy-coated eggs on top.
04 - Place the pan in the fridge for 30-45 minutes to set. For quicker results, place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
05 - Once set, remove the fudge from the pan and cut into desired pieces. Serve and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Ensure you use sweetened condensed milk for this recipe, as other milk alternatives will not allow the fudge to set.
