Easy Queso Blanco Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dip

01 - 8 ounce block white American cheese, cut into cubes
02 - 8 ounce block pepper jack cheese, cut into cubes
03 - 8 ounce block cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened
04 - ½ cup whole milk, more as needed
05 - 4 ounce can diced tomatoes OR diced green chilies
06 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ¼ teaspoon chili powder
08 - ⅛ teaspoon ground cumin

# Instructions:

01 - Heat cubed cheeses and milk in medium skillet over medium heat until melted. Reduce heat to low.
02 - Stir in diced tomatoes/chilies and seasonings. For extra flavor, add 1-2 tablespoons liquid from can.
03 - For thinner dip, add milk 1-2 tablespoons at a time. For thicker dip, cook longer.
04 - Serve hot with tortilla chips.

01 - Can use deli sliced white American cheese
02 - Optional toppings: fresh tomatoes, pico de gallo, jalapeños, avocado, cilantro
