Easy S'mores Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1/2 cup butter
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 large egg

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Mix-ins

09 - 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
10 - 1/2 cup mini marshmallows, halved
11 - 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Microwave butter for 40 seconds until melted completely.
02 - Combine melted butter with both sugars until well-mixed. Stir in vanilla and egg.
03 - Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Dough should be soft but not overly sticky.
04 - Fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
05 - Scoop 3 tablespoons of dough per cookie, place 2 inches apart, and bake 10-15 minutes until set but still puffy.

01 - Can use salted or unsalted butter
02 - Either light or dark brown sugar works well
03 - Properly measure flour by sifting or stirring before measuring
