Quick and Easy Wonton Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil
02 - 1 bunch green onions, sliced (white and green parts separated)
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
05 - 1.5 cups shredded carrots
06 - 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
07 - 8 cups chicken broth
08 - 24 ounces mini frozen wontons
09 - 3 cups fresh spinach
10 - Chili crisp, for topping
11 - Sesame seeds, for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large pan or Dutch oven over medium heat and add sesame oil.
02 - Add the white part of the sliced green onions to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Stir in garlic and grated ginger and cook for another minute.
03 - Stir in shredded carrots and reduced sodium soy sauce until well combined.
04 - Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
05 - Once boiling, add mini frozen wontons and fresh spinach. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until wontons are cooked through.
06 - Serve the soup hot, garnished with the green part of the green onions, chili crisp, and sesame seeds.
