Fiery Chicken Ramen (Print)

# Ingredients:

→ Spicy Chicken

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
02 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
04 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
07 - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

→ Creamy Garlic Sauce

10 - 2 tablespoons butter
11 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 1½ cups heavy cream
13 - ½ cup chicken broth
14 - ½ teaspoon salt
15 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
16 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
17 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Ramen Bowl

18 - 2 packs ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
19 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
20 - ½ cup sliced green onions
21 - ½ cup shredded carrots (optional)
22 - 1 soft-boiled egg, halved
23 - Sesame seeds for garnish
24 - Nori strips for garnish

# Directions:

01 - In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Add the sliced chicken and toss until fully coated. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes while preparing the sauce.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.
03 - In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring constantly. Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, then simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until smooth and remove from heat.
04 - Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking.
05 - Divide the ramen noodles between serving bowls. Spoon the creamy garlic sauce over the noodles. Top with the spicy chicken, green onions, shredded carrots, and soft-boiled egg halves. Garnish with sesame seeds and nori strips. Serve immediately.
