Fireworks Red, White Daiquiris (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Red Layer

01 - 1 cup frozen strawberries
02 - 1 cup frozen watermelon chunks
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - 2 tablespoons white rum
05 - 1 tablespoon sugar
06 - 1 cup ice cubes

→ White Layer

07 - 1 cup coconut sorbet
08 - 1/4 cup white rum
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
10 - 1 cup ice cubes

→ Blue Layer

11 - 1/3 cup blue passion fruit liqueur
12 - 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
13 - 2 tablespoons blue curacao liqueur
14 - 2 tablespoons white rum
15 - 2 tablespoons sugar
16 - 2 cups ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Blend frozen strawberries, watermelon, lime juice, white rum, sugar, and ice cubes until thick and smooth. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water if consistency is too thick. Transfer to a bowl and place in the freezer while preparing the next layer.
02 - Rinse the blender and blend coconut sorbet, white rum, lime juice, and ice until thick and smooth. Transfer to another bowl and place in the freezer while preparing the final layer.
03 - Rinse the blender and blend passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, blue curacao, white rum, sugar, and ice cubes until slushy with no ice chunks remaining.
04 - Pour the red layer into six 8-ounce glasses, about 1/3 cup per glass. Gently spoon 1/3 cup of the white layer over the red layer, keeping them separate. Finish with 1/3 cup of the blue layer on top of the white layer in each glass.
