Blend frozen strawberries, watermelon, lime juice, white rum, sugar, and ice cubes until thick and smooth. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water if consistency is too thick. Transfer to a bowl and place in the freezer while preparing the next layer.

Rinse the blender and blend coconut sorbet, white rum, lime juice, and ice until thick and smooth. Transfer to another bowl and place in the freezer while preparing the final layer.

Rinse the blender and blend passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, blue curacao, white rum, sugar, and ice cubes until slushy with no ice chunks remaining.

Pour the red layer into six 8-ounce glasses, about 1/3 cup per glass. Gently spoon 1/3 cup of the white layer over the red layer, keeping them separate. Finish with 1/3 cup of the blue layer on top of the white layer in each glass.
