Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Spread the fish sticks on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes, flipping after 7-8 minutes.

While the fish sticks are baking, spread Alfredo sauce over the pizza crust and top with shredded cheese, reserving roughly 1/4 cup of cheese for later.

Arrange the baked fish sticks on top of the pizza crust in a wheel-like pattern. If using vegetables, place them between the fish sticks. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the crust is crisp.

Slice and serve. For a finishing touch, add torn fresh basil if available.
